Bournemouth

Bournemouth is a noted holiday resort and popular retirement town. It is also home to a University, Further Education college and numerous language schools, with their attendant student populations. Away from the attractive sea front there are areas of intense social deprivation. In such an area the Circuit's Springbourne Family Support Centre provides much-needed help to the local community.

The Circuit has six Churches all within the Borough of Bournemouth.  Throughout the Circuit fresh expressions of worship and mission are appearing, and most recently, two churches, Punshon and Southbourne, have joined together to form Trinity Methodist Church, Southbourne, where there are contemporary and traditional services held every Sunday morning. The Circuit Staff is organised into two teams: one serving the northern part of the town through churches at Westbourne, Winton, Victoria Park and Kinson, and the other serving the southern part of the town through Trinity and St George's.

Gracious God, help us to listen gently, pray daily, read our Bibles carefully, laugh kindly, give generously, love outrageously and leave everything else to you. Amen.
